Ioannis holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science with Distinction from the University of Sheffield, and brings 15 years of end-to-end experience. Since joining us in 2018, he has architected WebSuite360, the group's proprietary in-house platform of 20+ custom software solutions powering operations across the group. He is leading the group’s cloud transition, creating a scalable, secure foundation for AI and data-driven operations, while pioneering AI agent integration that positions the group at the forefront of AI adoption in Cyprus hospitality. As Head of Technology, Ioannis drives digital transformation, applying deep business knowledge to ensure technology enables commercial ambition and growth.
